“I’ve been going to Parker Optical for many years now, and I can’t say enough good things about their staff and service. I always feel like my concerns and questions are taken seriously, and given the time needed to address them to satisfaction. I’m difficult to fit for glasses due to a wide bridge, and the staff has in the past modified frames to allow a better fit, and hand-ground lenses to accommodate the altered frames, all that for just a few extra dollars. No other place that I’ve been to were willing to make such alterations or customization. Everyone at Parker Optometry is always friendly and eager to help, and willing to pitch in a little extra (or even a bigger extra) from the optometrists to the knowledgeable and friendly staff of the optical shop.
