Insurance Providers
The list of insurance providers that we can direct bill constantly evolves, and we are happy to try to bill your insurance plan at the time of the eye exam and when ordering glasses and contact lenses. Not all insurance companies accept online submissions or direct billing, please ensure that this is an option for your insurance coverage. When insurance is not able to be run, or the full amount is not covered, you will be required to pay the outstanding amount owing.
Be aware that cancelling your appointment the same day due to no insurance coverage would count as a missed/no show appointment. This means that the No Show Fee will apply to you. This fee will be assessed to your account and must be paid before you are able to book any further appointments.
